The project “We are close to you (Skype at home)” continues its work. This project is very important not only for the members of our community, but also for the volunteers themselves. Initially, the project had several goals: socialization of single and living-alone members and computer training. The project is held for more than one year and in the process, we found that the project performs some more tasks: wards may be involved in other projects. For example, some of them pass through volunteers waste paper and used batteries. Also the project is a the link between generations (volunteers are usually young people), removing emotional and psychological pressure.
Many wards have noticeable progress in the ability to use a computer: they can independently search the information on the Internet, establish skype connection and write messages. The son of one of them bought her a laptop so that she could communicate with relatives.
